Medical Sales Representative

Title: Medical Sales Representative – Dubai

Role Summary:

To maximize market share and revenue through creating and increasing the awareness of Balsam Products and Services with the targeted HCPs in the designated Areas in line with both Balsam’ strategy, rules & SOPs and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

To ensure the achievement of Balsam’s objectives of the work cycle drawn up by the immediate superior and approved in accordance with the applicable procedure.

• To adhere to the activity strategy defined by the business manager.
• To represent the Company in accordance with the Company’s values and objectives.
• To carry out the plan of daily customer visits accordingly to the Company’s requirements.
• To pay visits to doctors and organize events in accordance with the established plan of customer division and segmentation
• To Identify and establish new business
• To strive for the best quality/performance ratio not exceeding the costs allocated for the area.
• To establish personal work priorities effectively and flexibly.
• To ensure effective visiting in respect of the territorial distribution of the visited customers (trip planning).
• To ensure timely reporting of personal work plans and the work carried out (visit plans and account keeping).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical, nutrition or pharmaceutical related fields. (MUST)</p>

• Located in Dubai. (MUST)
• Have a driving licence. (MUST)
• Fluent English language speaking and writing.(MUST)
• Recent 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical / Medical sales in UAE market (Preferred)
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Result-oriented and customer focus skills.
• Fluent Arabic language speaking and writing. (Preferred)
• Computer Skills; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Business oriented.
• Presentation and research skills.
• Negotiation Skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meet both business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
