- Support daily tasks for the Business Development & Operations team.
- Assist in planning and executing MEFMA events.
- Brainstorm marketing strategies and explore industry trends.
- Reach out to potential members and training candidates.
- Prepare reports and analytics for departmental insights.
- Handle administrative tasks including email drafting, database management and website inquires follow-ups.
- Help prepare monthly financial reports.
