About the Role
As the ME Commercial Strategy Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the region's commercial strategy and driving innovation & excellence through three key pillars:
1- Category Vision & Shopper Story Development:
- Craft compelling category narratives to inspire customers and partners.
- Drive shopper activation strategies to elevate brand presence and conversion.
2- Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Strategy:
- Develop pricing, promotion, and trade spend optimization models.
- Track performance and continuously fine-tune strategies for profitable growth.
3- Sales Transformation & Capability Building:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the region’s sales effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives aimed at building commercial capabilities within the sales team.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a collaborative and strategic professional who embodies Bel’s spirit of daring innovation, ambition and commitment to excellence.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in commercial strategy, trade marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire, influence, and build partnerships.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic language, Fluency in French is a plus.
