Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Modern Trade & E-Retail Executive to manage key modern trade and e-retail accounts for the Philips Hue product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer electronics or smart-home devices, with hands-on experience in modern trade channels across the GCC.
Main Responsibilities:
- Secure and maintain product listings (SKUs), promotional placements, and brand visibility in-store and online, while protecting overall profitability and margin targets.
- Develop and maintain a 90-day rolling forecast, ensuring less than 5% stock-out rate and keeping ageing inventory under four weeks.
- Plan and execute in-store activations and point-of-sale promotions in coordination with channel partners.
- Train retail staff on Philips Hue products, focusing on features, benefits, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor sell-through performance and provide weekly reports on sales, inventory health, and promotion ROI to management.
- Liaise with supply chain and merchandising teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and product availability.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in modern trade and e-retail within the GCC, preferably in smart-home or consumer electronics brands (e.g., Hue, WiZ, Tapo, Ring).
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across retail locations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of sales targets and contribution margin goals.
- Numeric distribution and SKU coverage across key accounts.
- Inventory health – minimization of ageing stock and stock-out incidents.
- Effectiveness of promotional campaigns and training initiatives.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
