Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer prescriptions to ensure accuracy, identify required medications, and assess their appropriateness.
- Provide customers with clear information and guidance on drug interactions, side effects, dosages, and proper storage of medications.
- Compound and dispense medications in accordance with prescriptions issued by licensed healthcare practitioners.
- Understand and respond to customer needs through effective communication and appropriate assistance.
- Meet sales targets through effective use of sales techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling across all Super Care product categories.
- Manage the procurement and maintenance of pharmaceutical and medical supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations governing pharmacy operations, including medication preparation, labeling, and distribution.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records as required by regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to facilitate timely claims processing and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Oversee daily operational activities including inventory control, expiry monitoring, and merchandising.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working varied shifts and locations as assigned by the Line Manager to meet business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
