You should have:
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Experience creating engaging motion content for social media & ads
A sharp eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
Speed, creativity, and attention to detail
Ability to work on both static & animated content
