Job Description:
As a Lightweight Vehicle & Motorcycle Delivery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to navigate the streets of Abu Dhabi efficiently, delivering orders safely and maintaining the quality of our food during transit. This position requires excellent navigation skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Collect payments
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow Traffic Dept regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
- Valid vehicle license or motorcycle driving license issued by the UAE authorities.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and neighborhoods, with the ability to navigate using GPS devices or maps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Understanding of basic hygiene and food safety practices.
- Knowledge of Arabic or English language is preferred.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
License/Certification:
- Valid UAE motorbike driving license (Required)
