We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager / Nursery Manager to join our leadership team and help drive excellence in early years education.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a recognized early childhood qualification (CACHE Level 5 or equivalent) — mandatory
- Have strong leadership experience within an EYFS British Curriculum setting in the UAE
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of early years development and best practices in early childhood education
- Be confident in supporting staff development, managing daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and learning
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and parents
- Be highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with a hands-on leadership style
- Show a commitment to continuous improvement and uphold the values and vision of the nursery
- Be a collaborative team leader who can inspire, support, and guide others effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED13,000.00 per month
