Duties and responsibilities:
. Budgeting the required equipment
2. Manage the day to day operations of the unit
3. Overall supervision of the unit
4. Ensure the assigned staffs are practising as per the job description and competency
5. Supervision on stock management
6.Develop required sop s for the unit
7. Monitor the staffs for their current practice
8. Guidance and counselling of the staff
9. Coordinate for interview education
10. Team management
11. Problem solving and conflict management
12. Supervise the dietary requirement if the patient
13. Daily patient rounds and collect feed back
14. Prepare the unit for regulatory requirements and accreditation
15. Ensure staff well-being
16. Goal setting for staffs
17. Annual Appraisal and appraise the staff as and when required
18.participate for unit interview
