About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Off-Plan Property Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will specialize in selling premium off-plan developments to investors and end-users, leveraging exclusive project portfolios. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for professionals who excel in advising clients on lucrative investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in identifying and securing off-plan investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to assess property investment potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions.
- Advise clients on payment plans, developer reputations, and area growth potential.
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate investment transactions efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and economic developments affecting real estate investments.
- Promote off-plan properties through various marketing channels, including networking events and digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan properties (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong financial analysis and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, investment regulations, and economic trends.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
