- Manage the processing of HR-related paperwork (visa, renewals/cancelations and others)
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including record-keeping requirements and reporting obligations
- Monitor compliance with HR-related laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws
- Maintaining document circulation and business correspondence
- Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters
- Handle different type of company's insurances
- Manage to pay on time the utility and internet bills
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
