Office Assistant / Office Boy

We are looking for an Office Boy / CLEANER for our office located in Sharjah.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning the office staff area and break out area by Vaccuming, Dusting, and Mopping, before and after work hours.
• Preparing / serving tea & coffee to visitors.
• Keeping the coffee machine clean and with sufficient products.
• Organize and monitor pantry, office supplies, like stationery, A4s and toners and place request when required.
• Documents Scanning, Copying, & Filing.
• Handling reception, answering calls, attending visitors, in the absence of receptionist.
• Support the administrative staff in performing their duties.
• Any other duties as may be delegated by your supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be presentable with Good Computer Skills.
• Self-driven, mature, clean and well organized.
• Good communication skills in ENGLISH is a MUST.
• Team player with good attitude towards work and colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
