- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure all premises including showroom are clean and presentable.
- Managing office supplies and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Assist in managing stock inventory for sales.
- Toilet cleaning and maintenance, including disinfection of sinks, soap dispensers, etc.
- Ensure that office equipment such as printers, copiers, and other machines are in working order and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Occasionally assist the reception desk by welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and directing visitors to the appropriate departments.
- Providing support to administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have minimum 1 year experience as office boy in the UAE
- must be able to communicate in English
- has valid UAE driver's license not required
- can join immediately
- resident of Mussafah
