Job Summary:
Flare is looking for a responsible and reliable Office Boy to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth daily operation of the office by providing support services, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting staff and visitors as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the office and common areas.
- Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Assist in organizing and setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Handle basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Deliver documents/materials to various departments or locations as instructed.
- Support office staff with errands and minor tasks as required.
- Monitor and manage pantry inventory, including water and cleaning items.
- Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the office.
- Greet and assist guests or visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Boy or similar role (preferred).
- Basic understanding of office etiquette and cleanliness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform cleaning and lifting duties.
