Responsible for providing general support in the office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. The role ensures the office runs smoothly by assisting staff with routine duties and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure cleanliness of the office premises, including desks, pantry, and restrooms.
- Collect and deliver documents, files, and parcels between departments or to/from external parties.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical duties as assigned.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and notify the supervisor of low stock.
- Help arrange and organize meetings and office events.
- Run errands such as purchasing office items or paying utility bills when needed.
- Ensure the pantry is stocked and maintained.
- Open and close the office (if assigned).
- Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., copier, scanner).
- Polite, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
- Ability to handle physical tasks (cleaning, lifting light items).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
