We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean and organized office environment and support daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the office desks, pantry, washrooms, etc.
- Serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors
- Handle office errands such as photocopying, filing, and deliveries
- Assist with receiving and dispatching documents
- Support administrative staff as required
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Basic communication skills
- Good personal hygiene and a professional attitude
- Trustworthy, punctual, and well-mannered
