Key Responsibilities: Cleaning & Maintenance Duties:
- Clean and sanitize office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and pantry.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces regularly.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand wash, and cleaning materials.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, etc.) are stocked.
Office Support Tasks:
- Serve water, tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and ready for use.
- Handle outdoor tasks like buying office supplies, documents delivery, or bank-related errands (if required).
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents when requested.
- Run small errands within the office or nearby locations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and polite.
- Willingness to follow instructions and complete tasks responsibly.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, typically during regular office hours.
- May be required to work overtime If needed.
- Work involves physical effort and exposure to cleaning chemicals.
