Job Description:
As an office boy , you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to staff members. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and productive environment for everyone in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchens.
Serve beverages to staff and visitors as required.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and notify the appropriate person when items need to be replenished.
Support administrative staff with tasks as needed, such as setting up meeting rooms and running errands.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
