We are looking for a reliable and organized office Girl that can also do basic admin work.
***Key Responsibilities:
- -Must be good at answering phone calls and relaying messages
- -Be able to welcome guests
- -prepare and serve the beverages (tea, coffee, cold drinks and other refreshments)
- -Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office (including pantry, workstations and meeting room)
- -Willing to assist other administrative staff in wide range of office duties
***Knowledge/Skills
- -Must know how to use basic computer such as Ms Word and Ms Excel
- -Know how to photocopy/scan and filing documents
