This includes cleaning tasks like dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash, as well as preparing and serving tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors. The role also often involves maintaining pantry supplies and ensuring a tidy and hygienic workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning:
· Dusting and wiping surfaces, including desks, shelves, and furniture.
· Vacuuming and sweeping floors in offices, hallways, and common areas.
· Emptying trash bins and ensuring proper waste disposal.
· Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms.
· Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen/pantry area.
· Restocking supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
· May include tasks like cleaning windows, doors, and carpets.
Beverage Service:
· Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and other refreshments to management, staffs and visitors.
· Ensuring the pantry is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
· Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen/pantry.
General Support:
· Assisting with basic office tasks like photocopying or filing.
· Ensuring a tidy and welcoming workspace for employees and visitors.
· Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
· May involve assisting with deliveries or other office errands.
Key Skills and Qualities:
· Cleaning Proficiency: Experience in general cleaning tasks and knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
· Hygiene and Sanitation: Understanding of proper hygiene and sanitation practices.
· Hospitality Skills: Ability to prepare and serve beverages with a courteous and professional attitude.
· Attention to Detail: Ensuring a consistently clean and organized workspace.
· Reliability and Punctuality: Being punctual and dependable in fulfilling daily tasks.
