We are looking for a professional, Office Manager cum Assistant to the CEO within our Purchase Department. This is a dynamic dual-role where you will manage daily office activities, support senior leadership, and coordinate directly with suppliers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day office operations in the purchase department
-Support the CEO with reports, coordination, and planning
-Communicate with suppliers and follow up on orders
-Coordinate travel, bookings, and office schedules
-Maintain organized purchase records and documentation
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
-2–3 years of relevant experience in office management or procurement
-Female with fluency in Arabic and English preferred
-Excellent communication and multitasking skills
-Background in the retail sector is a plus
