The HR Executive assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR Executive carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, organization development, and employment.
- Communicate with Doctors, Nurses and general candidates regarding the recruitment procedures.
- Preparing for performance appraisals to be given to the staff.
- Maintains and processes all employee records, documents, and files.
- Answers general questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
3.6 The Human Resources assistant helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff; reports to the HR Manager, and heads of the departments with HR issues.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in related field or its equivalent.
- With computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- One to two years of general experience, Human Resources experience preferred.
- With good spoken and written English communication skills. Arabic language is advantageous/desirable but not essential.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices of the country.
- With good interpersonal skills.
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
