We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Online Marketing Executive to manage our digital marketing activities, create and schedule posts, and provide online support to our customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) with regular posts and campaigns.
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to different platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
- Assist with online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Track and analyse social media metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesians Nationality preferred.
- Prior experience in online/digital marketing or social media management.
- Proven experience as a customer support.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills (using Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
