We are looking for a results-driven Online Sales Executive to manage and grow bulk sales on leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling large-volume orders, optimizing product listings, managing pricing strategies, and coordinating with platform account managers to maximize sales and profitability. This role requires strong expertise in B2B and bulk e-commerce sales, along with a deep understanding of online marketplace dynamics, optimizing digital sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:1. Bulk Online Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue bulk sales opportunities on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, etc.
- Develop and execute pricing, discount, and promotional strategies to drive high-volume sales.
- Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers to secure better visibility and sales opportunities.
- Handle negotiations for wholesale and bulk orders to maximize profitability.
2. E-Commerce & Marketplace Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, and pricing for bulk orders.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and order fulfillment for online marketplaces.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Analyze competitor strategies, pricing trends, and demand forecasts to stay ahead in the market.
3. Relationship Management & Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with bulk buyers, distributors, and e-commerce partners.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and bulk order negotiations efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:
- Track sales trends, conversion rates, and revenue performance for bulk sales.
- Generate reports on profit margins, order volumes, and platform-specific insights.
- Implement data-driven decisions to improve bulk sales growth and efficiency.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3+ years in bulk online sales, e-commerce, or marketplace management.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of B2B e-commerce, pricing strategies, and bulk order management.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, or similar platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and sales reporting tools.
