Job Summary:
The Detailing Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the vehicle detailing team, ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of detailing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the detailing team
- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure quality standards are met
- Train and mentor new and existing staff on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Manage inventory of detailing supplies and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with other departments (sales, service, etc.)
- Schedule and assign jobs to team members based on priority and workload
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in automotive detailing
- 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of detailing tools, products, and procedures
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
