Operation Theater Coordinator
- Lead OT operations, ensuring seamless workflow between surgeons, anesthetists, and technicians.
- Manage schedules, equipment inventory, and sterilization protocols.
- Oversee patient safety, adherence to infection control policies, and emergency preparedness.
- Train and supervise OT staff, ensuring compliance with hospital standards (DHA/MOH).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/OT Technology or Healthcare Management (or equivalent).
- 5+ years of OT experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- DHA/MOH License (or eligibility) mandatory.
- Expertise in surgical workflows, inventory systems, and accreditation standards (JCI preferred).
- English fluency is a plus (for patient/staff coordination).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
