Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day business setup activities. The ideal candidate will assist the operations team with documentation, coordination, and client follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling business license applications and renewals with various UAE authorities (DED, Freezones, etc.)
- Prepare and submit documents for visa processing, Emirates ID, trade license, and related services
- Coordinate with government departments such as MOHRE, Immigration, and Municipality for approvals
- Maintain organized records of client files and operational documents
- Track application status and provide regular updates to clients
- Communicate with internal departments and ensure smooth handover of client cases
- Assist in scheduling appointments, client meetings, and follow-ups
- Perform general administrative and operational support tasks
