Position Summary:
Airport Coordinator plays a critical front-line role in ensuring smooth, timely, and professional service delivery to clients arriving and departing from the airport. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate efficiently between chauffeurs, operations, and airport authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track all incoming and outgoing flight schedules to plan chauffeur dispatch accordingly.
- Coordinate real-time with chauffeurs and clients to ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off at the airport.
- Maintain professional interaction with airport ground staff, terminal management, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure proper signage and guest welcome at arrival terminals, providing a luxury guest experience.
- Resolve any last-minute operational issues or delays, maintaining communication with dispatch and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of trip logs, client feedback, and chauffeur performance for airport-related services.
- Ensure adherence to all airport security and operational protocols.
- Support VIP clients and manage concierge-style airport requests when needed.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Control Room for schedule updates, vehicle availability, and special requests.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in airport coordination, hospitality, or luxury transportation sector.
- Strong communication (English mandatory, Arabic is a plus).
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, dispatch software, or CRM tools.
- Knowledge of airport protocols and flight tracking tools.
- Presentable, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Customer-service oriented with problem-solving attitude.
- Capable of working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
