- Oversee daily limousine operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth scheduling and service.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and any issues that arise before, during, or after the service.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, vehicle availability, and client feedback.
- Assist with managing vehicle fleet maintenance schedules.
- Support the team in achieving operational and customer service goals
