We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our operations and ensure smooth daily workflow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the facility
- Assign and coordinate work for technicians, including parts management
- Monitor employee productivity and implement improvements where needed
- Maintain accurate inventory of phones, parts, and related components
- Supervise incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper handling
- Operate and maintain the ERP system, ensuring all records are up to date
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations or team management
- Strong understanding of cell phone refurbishing processes
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Technologically savvy with experience in using ERP systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
