Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 6–8 years of hands-on expertise. The role involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Oracle HCM suite to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day support and issue resolution for Oracle HCM modules
2. Work on enhancements and customizations as per business requirements
3. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
4. Perform root cause analysis and ensure long-term fixes for recurring issues
Required Skills:
1. Strong techno-functional knowledge in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, etc.)
2. Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, fast formulas, and related tools
3. Ability to analyze functional issues and provide technical solutions
4. Good understanding of HR business processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
