✔ Provide in-person, phone, and email support in Arabic, English, and French.
✔ Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and sales-related requests.
✔ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through excellent service and upselling.
✔ Maintain strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market to offer tailored solutions.
✔ Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency.
✔ Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
✔ Hospitality experience is a plus.
✔ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
✔ Strong negotiation & communication skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
