Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Actively prospect for new business by identifying and targeting potential clients in the designated geographic area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
-Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating product/service features and benefits.
Negotiate terms and close sales contracts in line with company policies and pricing structures.
-Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Report on competitor activities, new market opportunities, and customer feedback.
-Sales Targets & Reporting:
Achieve set sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as outlined by the company.
Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, challenges, and market conditions.
-Networking & Brand Promotion:
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Promote the brand’s presence in the market through word-of-mouth, social media, and other outreach methods.
-Customer Service & Problem Solving:
Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide post-sales support to ensure a smooth transition and delivery of products/services.
-Documentation & Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and agreements.
Submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
