*Position Overview*:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven *Outdoor Sales Executive* to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales within the printing or décor industry and will be responsible for driving revenue by building lasting client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the UAE market.
* Promote and sell the company’s range of products, including *UV printing, **custom wallpaper décor, and **advertising solutions*.
* Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotations.
* Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
* Collaborate with the production and design teams to meet client specifications.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead follow-ups using CRM tools.
* Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
*Requirements*:
* Minimum *3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the **printing, décor, or advertising* industries.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* *Valid UAE Driving License* is a must.
* Fluent in English; additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam are a plus.
* Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
