Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Executive (French Speaker) with a strong background in outdoor sales in the travel and tourism industry. This role involves meeting clients in person, generating leads, and closing sales on the ground. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, confident in building lasting client relationships, and proactive in identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to meet prospective clients, agencies, and corporate partners.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector.
- Present and promote customized travel packages, visa services, and tourism solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships through in-person follow-ups and excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align field promotions with digital campaigns.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and industry updates to stay competitive.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide timely updates and reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven outdoor sales experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Fluency in French(Advantage) and English (required); Arabic or other languages (Malayalam, Tamil & Telugu) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
