Supernova Yachts is a fast-growing luxury yacht charter company in Dubai, committed to delivering premium services and unforgettable experiences to our clients. We are currently looking for a female Sales Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience and prior work in the yacht industry, who is on her own visa, to join our vibrant team.
Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and close bookings. We’re looking for someone confident, professional, and customer-focused, with a solid background in yacht charter sales or a similar luxury service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming and outgoing sales calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Understand client needs and offer tailored yacht charter solutions
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Maintain and update CRM/database records regularly
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to support business growth
- Deliver top-notch customer service and handle post-sales follow-ups
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service – In Yacht Industry
- Experience in the yacht industry is mandatory
- Female candidates only, with a valid UAE residency (own visa) or company visa is also okay
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident in handling high-end clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Yacht Industry or marine leisure services
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, or European languages) are a plus
