Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in the automotive sector. This role involves actively pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets through field visits, presentations, and strategic account development. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive market (e.g., vehicles, parts, services).
- Conduct field visits to current and prospective clients to present products, services, and solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with automotive dealers, fleet managers, garages, and corporate clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions and product recommendations.
- Negotiate prices, prepare proposals, and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, service, and logistics to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools and submit regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Technology is a plus.
- Proven track record in outdoor or B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, services, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills:
- Established client network in the automotive industry.
- Technical understanding of vehicle systems, parts, or diagnostics.
