Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Sales/Management qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
- Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and time management
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in recruitment and team management
- Financial and general numeracy skills
- Strong public speaking and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outdoor sales strategies to achieve defined targets
- Set sales goals and monitor team performance
- Provide training and motivation to the sales team
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives
- Align sales efforts with daily operations and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and businesses
- Manage and oversee customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Evaluate team performance through feedback and action plans
- Generate and present sales reports to senior management
- Calculate and track sales team commissions
- Communicate with key stakeholders to align sales efforts with company goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
