Job Purpose:
The Outlet Floor Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the daily floor operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service, a positive customer experience, and achievement of sales targets. The role involves managing staff performance, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth service flow and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards, stock levels, and overall outlet presentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards as per company policies.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise, train, and motivate floor staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
- Allocate tasks and schedules to team members based on business needs.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and support to enhance staff performance.
Customer Service:
- Ensure all customers receive exceptional service and their needs are promptly addressed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues.
Sales & Performance:
- Drive sales and achieve targets by optimizing team performance and enhancing customer engagement.
- Monitor daily sales, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the Store/Outlet Manager to plan promotions and upselling strategies.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Support stock management processes including stock takes, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Store/Outlet Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a retail or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail management tools.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
