Position: Outlet Manager Cafe Background
Position Overview:
An Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall operations, management, and profitability of a retail or hospitality outlet, such as a restaurant, hotel outlet, or retail store. They ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness, and lead the outlet team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth functioning.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
Monitor stock levels, ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Train staff to provide exceptional service.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs.
Motivate and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
Sales & Marketing:
Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
Implement promotional activities and special events.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve offerings.
Financial Management:
Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs.
Manage cash flow, daily cash handling, and banking procedures.
Prepare financial reports and ensure profitability.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
Conduct regular inspections and audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in outlet or restaurant management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of financial management and budgeting.
Ability to handle stressful situations and solve problems.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Restaurant management: 5 years (Required)

- English , and Arabic (Required)
