Our Company is Urgently in need of PAINTER responsible for preparing and finishing surfaces using paint, varnish, or other coatings. This includes walls, ceilings, furniture, and structural elements across residential project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes.
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and textures.
- Apply paint, varnish, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Inspect painted surfaces for uniformity and quality.
- Repair or remove damaged or peeling paint.
- Follow safety protocols and use protective gear.
- Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a painter (2–5 years preferred).
- Familiarity with different types of paint and application techniques.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Good color perception and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and equipment handling.
