Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, and patching surfaces before painting.
- Painting: Applying primer, paint, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Color Matching: Mixing and matching paints to achieve desired colors and consistency.
- Cleaning: Maintaining cleanliness of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring painting and cleaning equipment is in good working condition.
- Safety: Following safety protocols and guidelines for both painting and cleaning tasks.
- General Maintenance: Assisting with minor repairs and other maintenance duties as assigned.
