Job Title: Painting Foreman
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Painting Foreman to lead the painting team in our signage company. You will be responsible for managing daily painting tasks, ensuring quality finishes, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide painters during daily work.
- Check and prepare surfaces before painting.
- Apply paint, primer, or coatings to signage parts (metal, acrylic, MDF, etc.).
- Make sure the colour and finish are correct and clean.
- Manage paint and material stock levels.
- Keep the painting area clean and safe.
- Train new staff on proper painting methods and safety.
- Work with the production team to meet job deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience as a painter or painting foreman (preferably in signage or metal work).
- Knowledge of spray painting and different paint types.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Able to read job orders or simple drawings.
- Physically fit and able to work in a workshop.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
