Job Overview:
We are seeking a DHA-licensed Plastic Surgeon with expertise in Hair Transplant procedures (FUE/FUT) to join our established aesthetic clinic in Dubai on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in hair restoration, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to deliver consistent, natural-looking results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform FUE and/or FUT hair transplant procedures, including graft extraction, slitting, and implantation planning.
- Oversee clinical protocols and ensure safety, precision, and hygiene throughout the procedure.
- Conduct pre-surgery consultations and explain expected outcomes to clients.
- Supervise the hair transplant team and guide technicians for optimal graft handling.
- Provide post-operative care guidance and follow-up support.
- Maintain medical records and ensure DHA compliance.
Requirements:
- Valid DHA License as Plastic Surgeon or Specialist Surgeon.
- Proven experience in Hair Transplant Surgery (FUE/FUT) – minimum 2 years.
- Part-time availability (2–3 days/week or case-based scheduling).
- Aesthetic sense and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preference for surgeons with Dubai-based experience.
Compensation Package:
- Monthly part-time salary: AED 10,000 – 14,000
- Additional incentives per case (optional, based on case volume)
