Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Mental Math Trainer to teach students effective techniques for improving their speed and accuracy in arithmetic calculations without using calculators. The ideal candidate should have teaching experience, strong mathematical skills, and a passion for working with students of different ages.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging mental math lessons
- Teach students calculation techniques (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, squares, cubes, etc.)
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Adapt teaching methods to meet students’ individual learning needs
- Encourage problem-solving, logical thinking, and confidence in math
- Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching mental math / abacus / Vedic math (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of arithmetic and problem-solving strategies
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to work with children and young learners
- Part-time availability (evenings or weekends as needed)
