Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Part-Time Sales Coordinator to support our business setup and services team. The Sales Coordinator will assist in managing leads, coordinating client inquiries, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and other channels.
✅ Coordinate with potential clients to schedule meetings and consultations.
✅ Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, and necessary documentation.
✅ Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
✅ Follow up on leads and support the sales team in closing deals.
✅ Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management.
✅ Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and client presentations.
✅ Collaborate with internal departments (operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
