Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Chef to join our esteemed household in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of Arabic dishes and other cuisines, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation. The role requires traveling with the Royal family to various countries and providing culinary services during their travels.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of Arabic dishes.
Create and present meals that meet the dietary preferences and requirements of the Royal Family.
Plan menus in consultation with the Royal Family, ensuring variety and nutritional balance.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Source and purchase ingredients as needed.
Adapt to different kitchen settings while traveling.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a private household or high-end restaurant.
Proficiency in preparing Arabic cuisine; knowledge of other cuisines is an advantage.
Ability to travel internationally with the Royal Family.
Fluency in Arabic and Hindi is mandatory.
Candidates from India and Pakistan are highly encouraged to apply.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
