- Production & Execution: Prepare all pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standard, including plated desserts, petit fours, late-night sweets, and specialty cakes.
- Presentation: Ensure attractive and consistent plating, with attention to detail and speed during service.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with local health regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef and FOH managers to coordinate dessert service, special events, and seasonal offerings.
