Job Summary:
The Patient and Sales Coordinator plays a dual role in managing patient relations and driving clinic sales. You will be the primary point of contact for patients, coordinating appointments, consultations, and treatments while actively promoting and selling aesthetic services and products to maximize clinic revenue and enhance patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Coordination:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
- Handle inquiries regarding treatments, procedures, pricing, and clinic services both in-person and through phone/email.
- Assist with patient registration, documentation, and maintaining confidential medical records.
- Provide patients with treatment plans, pre- and post-care instructions, and follow-up scheduling.
- Maintain ongoing communication with patients to encourage retention and loyalty.
Sales Coordination:
- Actively promote aesthetic treatments, packages, and retail products to patients in a consultative, non-pushy manner.
- Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate services and products to meet their aesthetic goals.
- Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Assist in implementing sales targets and marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance and patient feedback to management.
General Duties:
- Collaborate closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure excellent patient care and clinic operations.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception and sales area.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with new treatments, promotions, and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or coordination roles, preferably in an aesthetic or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment management software.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and industry trends.
- Previous experience in a sales-driven healthcare or aesthetic environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
