Job Summary
Universal Security Services LLC is hiring a Patrolling Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security staff, conduct regular patrols, and ensure compliance with security procedures at multiple sites. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the security or facility management industry and be willing to stay in company-provided accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of security guards across assigned locations
- Conduct scheduled and surprise patrols to ensure guards are alert and performing duties correctly
- Check attendance, uniform, discipline, and performance of security personnel
- Report incidents, misconducts, or emergencies to management
- Ensure compliance with SIRA and company security protocols
- Assist with deployment planning and emergency response coordination
- Maintain clear records of daily operations, inspections, and site issues
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security services or facility management
- Must hold a valid SIRA Supervisor License
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage staff effectively
- Must be willing to stay in company accommodation
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts
